Capt. Will Weston
LISA ANNEA captain since 2007, Will is in his third season at Rod ‘N’ Reel and knows these waters well as a longtime Southern Maryland local. His trips specialize in live lining and light tackle fishing.
Capt. Shawn Pruitt
NEVER E-NUFFShawn began his career as a mate, working aboard some of the area’s premier charter boats, and grew up in the Bay area with a deep connection to the water. Before becoming a Chesapeake charter captain, he worked in construction as a member of the Plumbers and Steamfitters Union, where he developed the skills that ultimately helped him build his own boat, Never E-Nuff.
Capt. Eddie Green Jr.
Captain Eddie is a local resident and full-time fisherman and waterman, bringing over 40 years of experience as both a captain and mate on charter boats. For more than 20 of those years, he has been running his own vessel.

Capt. Marty Simounet
With over 40 years of experience, Marty has been a licensed captain since 1985, starting at just 18 years old. He previously worked as a mate at Rod ‘N’ Reel from 1978 to 1984, building a strong foundation on the water. His family has been part of the charter fishing community here since 1977.

Capt. Shawn Gibson
A third-generation Chesapeake Beach charter captain, Shawn grew up locally and got his start as a mate on his grandfather’s boat, Why Not, in the spring of 1992. He officially became a captain in 2000, earning his USCG 100 Ton Master’s License.
